Key Matchup	Reason
Frank Gore, RB, SF vs. Seattle Seahawks' run defense	Gore won the battle last time they met, but David Hawthorne wasn't being a beast at that point. Expect an epic battle!
Calvin Johnson, WR, DET vs. Cincinnati Bengals' pass defense	CBs Johnathan Joseph and Leon Hall are one of the best duos in the NFL, but Megatron's size could give them fits. CIN's bracket coverage could eliminate this advantage.
Mark Clayton, WR, BAL vs. Jarrett Bush, CB, GBP	Clayton figures to draw Bush, which favorites the Baltimore wideout. However, he has averaged just 30 yards per game in his career coming off a 100-yard performance.
Chris Brown, RB, HOU vs. Jacksonville Jaguars' run defense	I'm curious to see how Brown will perform against a solid JAX run D when given the bulk of the carries. Can Matt Schaub open things up for the vet?
Benjamin Watson, TE, NE vs. Miami Dolphins' pass defense	Tight ends have murdered the Dolphins' pass defense this year. With so much focus being placed on Wes Welker and Randy Moss, Watson should find plenty of space to run free.
