Pros: For starters, James finally has a home! The Seahawks plan to use him as a complementary back and spell for starter Julius Jones. Jones is injury prone, to say the least, and this could pave the way for the versatile James to eventually start. Edge is a great receiver and pass blocker, so he could wind up as a third-down back if the team needs him to fit in somewhere.

Cons: Edge is 31 years old and has a lot of mileage - the 11th most rushing yards by all running backs in league history, to be precise. Seattle's offensive line is a mess, and James could be relegated to a third-down role. What kind of shape is he in? How long will it take him to digest the playbook?

Fantasy tip: James' best-case value for fantasy owners is probably a fifth running back, and we think that may be optimistic.
