Pros: The Seahawks have arguably the most underrated pass rush in the NFL. They'll be regaining end Patrick Kerney (shoulder, elbow) and welcome defensive tackle Cory Redding to amplify that. They did OK last year anyway, finishing tied for 10th in sacks (35). Their linebacker trio of LeRoy Hill, Lofa Tatupu and rookie Aaron Curry should give opposing attacks trouble. Cornerback Marcus Trufant anchors the secondary, which brought in cornerbacks Josh Wilson and Ken Lucas. New D coordinator Gus Bradley wants his squad to be more aggressive in his Cover 2 scheme. They also face two shaky offenses in their division and face one that's a quarterback injury away from possibly crumbling.

Cons: How long will it take for Bradley's edict to surface? How will the Seahawks take to the occasional 3-3 scheme, since their secondary is the weakest link? They recorded only 20 takeaways last season, tied for sixth fewest in the league. They also allowed the most passing yards in the NFL and ranked 18th against the run last year.

Fantasy tip: Seattle's pass rush is an enticing positive to wait on; they could be even better this season. The takeaways portion, however, doesn't have the same allure. This unit has some chemistry, and a quick maturation by Curry (which many scouts say will happen) would take them to another level. They're getting almost no love in the ADP arena. They could be one of the biggest bargains of the year, and it won't cost you much to find out.
