Pros: Watson is very athletic and freakishly fast for a tight end. He is one year removed from scoring six times in 12 games, and the healthy return of quarterback Tom Brady (knee) could bring Watson back to fantasy relevance in 2009.

Cons: Injuries are Watson's best friend in the NFL. He has missed a game in every season of his career. The addition of tight ends Chris Baker and Alex Smith will eat into Watson's touches; Watson has lost his job to Baker but should still have a role in the offense.

Fantasy tip: There is no reason to draft Watson in standard formats, but he could be worth a look on the waiver wire if he wins his starting job back.
