Pros: Smith enjoyed a respectable second season in 2008 with 57 catches for 574 yards and one score. He is a quintessential possession receiver and has a chance to replace veteran Amani Toomer as the primary chain-moving target for quarterback Eli Manning. For now, we expect Smith to be the No. 2 receiver.

Cons: The Giants have a lot of receivers in the mix. The drafting of Hakeem Nicks and Ramses Barden doesn't help Smith's cause. Smith will have to battle another possession receiver in Domenik Hixon, so where exactly he fits in as the season wears on is unknown. Smith is probably going to start as the No. 2, but we see him losing time to the more athletic Nicks. Smith averaged a lame 10.1 yards per reception last year, too.

Fantasy tip: We are low on Smith and he'll probably move up in our rankings after we get a little taste of training camp. For now, he is at best a low-end No. 4 receiver and no worse than a weak No. 5 choice. His best value is in point-per-reception formats.
