Pros: Scheffler has the size, hands and athleticism to be a top-flight tight end. He has shown to be a big-play option, too. Quarterback Kyle Orton could work Scheffler into the short-passing game more often. He tied for 12th in the league in red zone utilizations (11) despite missing three games.

Cons: Injuries have been a concern for the Western Michigan product. The new regime was interested in trading Scheffler originally, and he has to learn a new system as well as building chemistry with a quarterback. He hasn't been much of a touchdown threat and scored two in Week 2 before scoring his third in Week 17 last year.

Fantasy tip: It's tough to deny the talent, but injuries and a new system have us wondering exactly how good Scheffler can be this year. He may be a season away from breaking out. Draft him as a No. 2 if your league requirements afford for such.
