Pros: The new regime in Cleveland is much like the old one when it comes to their penchant for incorporating the tight end position into the offensive game plan. Rucker has soft hands and is deceptively athletic. Quarterback Brady Quinn is expected to win the starting gig, which bodes well for the short-passing game and Rucker.

Cons: Entering his second year, Rucker has no track record. He caught two passes for 17 yards in five games last year. Some question surrounding his work ethic exists. Despite being fairly agile for his size, no one will confuse him with Kellen Winslow when the ball is in Rucker's hands. Rucker has to beat out newcomer Robert Royal.

Fantasy tip: Rucker is probably an all-or-nothing draft pick. Choose him as a No. 2 fantasy tight end after more intriguing players are off the board, but be prepared to release him if he doesn't show anything early on. He probably is best for the waiver wire and kept on your watch list.
