Pros: How much more could he have done as a rook? His 91-reception, 980-yard season as a complement to another reception-happy wideout, Brandon Marshall, makes Royal a potential repeat PPR darling. He hauled in at least five passes 11 times in his 15 contests last year. If the Broncs acquiesce to Marshall's trade demands, Royal would seemingly slide right into the No. 1 role. New head coach Josh McDaniels will be bringing his high-flying offense to Denver, patented during his tenure as New England Patriots offensive coordinator; Royal could be the next Wes Welker.

Cons: Royal takes after Marshall in his uninspiring yards-per-catch average (10.8) and touchdown prowess (five). Would Royal contribute as much if he's the top dog - and with quarterback Kyle Orton throwing the ball? Being used in the return game took a toll on Royal as he tired down the stretch; in five of his last seven games, he averaged just 8.5 yards per haul or less. He'll still return punts this year, so there's an outside chance this trend could continue.

Fantasy tip: Many are tabbing Royal a bit early because of the Marshall trade speculation; a non-Marshall aerial setup may actually hurt Royal more than help him. Either way, you can be sure our projection would change should Marshall be shipped out. He's best as a No. 3 fantasy receiver; his late fifth-round ADP (58.21) isn't a huge reach, but it's a bit soon for our taste. You won't find us valuing Royal as highly as most other companies, either.
