Pros: Could he be the new state capital? Austin (hamstring), 25, presents a logical fit for the Cowboys' Z (flanker) spot, boasting the physique and deep-threat ability to replace deported gum flapper Terrell Owens; Austin will receive every chance to enter the fray. He averaged 21.4 yards per receptions last year in a limited sample. His taking of the No. 2 role would push Patrick Crayton into his better fit in the slot; Austin is also expected to be ready for training camp.

Cons: Lower-body injuries have broken him down ample times in the last few years: A hamstring bout has hindered his offseason prep, and knee problems marred his 2008 season. The 'Boys passing game may ease off the gas a bit with their preemptively vaunted three-headed rushing attack. 

Fantasy tip: If you're looking for an injury-prone gamble, Austin should be on your list. Quarterback Tony Romo needs someone not named Jason Witten to expand the offense; Austin is the leading candidate. He's best served as a No. 5 receiver, and his 15th-round ADP suits his worth; he may fall farther. If you have already filled other needs, you can consider taking him a round early for his upside, but don't extend yourself too far.
