Fantasy tip: Kitna joined the Cowboys this offseason to back up starting quarterback Tony Romo. Barring an injury to Romo, Kitna has zero fantasy value in 2009. Even if he is thrust into the starting lineup, the 13-year veteran doesn't offer much in the way of fantasy worth.
