Pros: The Jets have a strong offensive line and a powerful running game to keep defenders from targeting Sanchez. Athletic and intelligent, Sanchez may not have a lot of trouble adjusting to a pro-style offense, especially since he ran one in college.

Cons: Sanchez isn't officially the starter yet, and if fourth-year passer Kellen Clemens has anything to say about it Sanchez won't be. The Jets don't offer much in the way of receiving talent. A run-first approach will limit Sanchez's attempts.

Fantasy tip: Rookie quarterbacks rarely offer much in the way of fantasy value, and we don't expect it to be any different with Sanchez. He has a lot of value in full-retention keeper formats, but you should avoid him in 2009.

Sanchez is what NY has been waiting for, watch his rose bowl game and wheep baby, this kid is for real!
