Pros: Ever since leaving the Atlanta Falcons in 2004, Feely has demonstrated solid accuracy, connecting on at least 83.3 percent of his kicks in every season after that. He was a late addition last year after kicker Mike Nugent (thigh) injured his right quadriceps in Week 1. Feely did enough to hold off the injured kicker for the rest of the season. He has been highly accurate and has decent leg strength (3-for-3 on 50-plus-yarders, 11-for-14 in the 40-49 bracket the last two years).

Cons: A rookie potentially starting at quarterback? Two unhappy running backs? A dismal receiving corps? A defensive-minded head coach? The Jets offense might struggle to move the ball this year; this should have a detrimental effect on the 33-year-old kicker. He doesn't kick in the greatest conditions, either; his field goal attempts dropped last December with only one per game for his final three home games.

Fantasy tip: Feely isn't being drafted in most fantasy leagues. He'd make a fine pick in the final round of your league. Just don't reach for him in anything other than that spot unless your league awards points for Fox News appearances.
